Mark also uses a highly effective therapeutic technique called positive psychology. According to Harvard Medical School, positive psychology has been proven to be a highly effective type of therapy. This approach encourages the building of inner strength and positive emotions rather than focusing on only negative symptoms. Positive psychology has been proven to be effective in re-framing negative thoughts and emotions to focusing on the positive aspects of your character. This helps you build your confidence, discover your inner strengths and empower you to make better decisions.
Mark also has extensive education in treating

Education:

Mark is a graduate of the Rollins College Counseling program which is internationally recognized as the #1 college in Florida and in the top 10 in the United States.
The Rollins college of graduate counseling is CACREP accredited. The CACREP accreditation signals that a program’s content and quality have been evaluated and meet strict, consistent standards set by the profession. Mark graduated from Rollins college twice with his BA degree in 2004 ad his Masters Degree in 2008. After graduating he earned several certifications seen below.

NCC Certification

The National Certified Counselor Certification (NCC) is a voluntary national certification that identifies counselors who have met national standards set by the counseling profession. The NCC is issued by the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC). Individuals must pass the National Counseling Exam (NCE) to receive the National Certified Counselor (NCC) certification.

Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselors (CCMHC) have earned their board certification and offer the highest standards of practice in clinical mental health counseling because they have met stringent education, examination, supervision, experience, and ethical requirements.
